The product is recommended for physically active people and athletes. (A)-(Z) - Depending on the flavor of the product, the symbol (A-Z) of the ingredient used is next to the minimum shelf life date. Dosage Dosage 1-2 servings daily - before meals or workout and after workout or before bedtime. Dissolve 1 portion (10 g powder = 1 scoop) in 200 ml of water. Use immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance.
