Description A composition of highly absorbable forms of magnesium and zinc in the form of ALBION® amino acid chelates and vitamin B6. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and promotes reduction of fatigue. Bioavailability of chelated minerals such as those contained in Chela-MZB® Mega Caps®/Mega Capsules® is 10 times higher than that of traditional preparations. The preparation is intended for use as a dietary supplement facilitating coverage of the demand for magnesium, zinc and vitamin B6, especially recommended for physically active people and in situations of increased physical and mental activity. Ingredients Ingredients magnesium diglycinate (magnesium amino acid chelate ALBION®); anti-caking substances - magnesium oxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; zinc diglycinate (zinc amino acid chelate ALBION®), pyridoxine hydrochloride - vit. B6, capsule (gelatin, color: E 171). Dosage Dosage 1-2 capsules daily approximately 1 hour before bedtime or otherwise after consultation with a physician. Wash down with plenty of water.
