Dosage 1 capsule of VITA - PLEX SPORT® and 1 capsule of CHELA-MIN SPORT® once a day after the main meal with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle is recommended.
