Activity A dietary supplement containing a complex composition of highly-absorbable minerals in the form of amino acid chelates Albion® (calcium, zinc, manganese), as well as vitamin D3 and K2 in the form of easily-absorbable menaquinone-7 - components with a synergistic effect, which are essential in maintaining healthy bones. As a supplement to the daily requirement of components necessary during the period of intensive growth, during pregnancy and lactation, after fractures and injuries, as well as in women during menopause and elderly people, in whom bone resorption processes prevail over bone formation processes. Ingredients Calcium carbonate, calcium diglycinate (calcium amino acid chelate Albion® Albical™), bulking agent sodium carboxymethylcellulose cross-linked, glazing agents polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, talc; Zinc diglycinate (zinc amino acid chelate Albion®), anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids, manganese diglycinate (manganese amino acid chelate Albion®), menaquinone (MK-7) - vitamin K, cholecalciferol - vitamin D, color - titanium dioxide. Dosage Dosage 1-2 tablets after a meal or otherwise after consultation with a physician. Wash down tablets with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance. Note Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle is recommended. Contraindications: hypersensitivity to any of the preparation ingredients. In case of nephrolithiasis, renal insufficiency and hyperparathyroidism, consult a doctor. Do not apply simultaneously other preparations with high content of calcium, zinc or vitamin D. Do not apply in small children because of the risk of choking.
