Ingredients 67.7 % glucosamine sulfate 2KCl (from crustaceans), 10.2 % chondroitin sulfate, bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent - magnesium stearate, 0.6 % L-ascorbic acid - vit. C, capsule (gelatin - capsule component, dye: E 1 Dosage 1 capsule 3 times a day with meals. Multi-week use is recommended (at least 6-8 weeks). Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance. Note Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle is recommended.
