How to use
Remove the liner from the package and peel off the paper from the adhesive strip, located on the underside of the liner. Glue the liner to your underwear in the appropriate place. Check that the insert is glued straight to ensure that you are comfortable and convenient when wearing it. Do not throw the insert into the toilet - dispose of the used insert in the trash.
