Thanks to these substances a part of carbohydrates remains undigested and excreted from the body Extract from gymnema leaves - the main ingredient of the extract from gymnema leaves are gymnemic acids. They favourably influence functioning of the mechanism, which blocks excessive glucose absorption. They support carbohydrate metabolism and influence correct glucose and insulin levels. Systematic intake of gymnemic acid supports maintenance of appropriate blood sugar level and influences correct functioning of beta cells of islets of Langerhans of pancreas, which are responsible for insulin synthesis. Vitamin E is a strong neutralizer of free radicals, which cause oxidative stress. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cell components from oxidative damage.
