Aids in the preparation of infants from 28 days of age and children up to 12 years of age for diagnostic abdominal examinations such as radiologic and ultrasound examinations and gastric and duodenal speculum. Dosage Infants (from 28 days of age) and children up to 2 years of age: 3 drops (20 mg simethicone) before, during, or after each meal. Do not take more than 18 drops per day (120 mg simethicone). Children 2 to 12 years of age: 6 drops (40 mg simethicone) before, during, or after each meal.Do not take more than 36 drops per day (240 mg simethicone) The amount given may be modified as directed by your doctor.
