Dosage 1) Wash hands and scald all utensils needed to prepare milk. Boil the bottle and teat in water for 10 minutes.2) Boil fresh drinking water for 5 minutes; allow to cool (to about 40 degrees C). Check the feeding chart.3) Pour the exact amount of previously boiled warm water into the boiled bottle. Do not use twice-boiled water.4) Use only the included measuring cup. Measure out an exact amount of flat, undiluted measures of milk.5) Add the measured amount to the bottle.6) Close the bottle and shake until the powder is completely dissolved. Put the boiled teat on the bottle.7) Check the temperature of the milk with the inside of your palm joint. Wash the bottle and teat immediately after use.
