Activity A synbiotic for children containing specially selected cultures of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG lactic acid bacteria, in an extremely high concentration of up to 7 billion (7x109 CFU*). Additionally, it also contains fructooligosaccharides and an ingredient which helps in proper functioning of the immune system. Lactic acid bacteria are strains naturally present in human microbiome. Their proper proportion is one of the factors of intestinal microbiological balance. Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG is a safe and widely studied strain, both in adults and children. Fructooligosaccharides, derived by enzymatic hydrolysis of chicory inulin, provide an energy source for probiotic bacteria. For children over 3 years of age as a supplement of intestinal microflora during and after antibiotic therapy, after infections, diarrhea and as a dietary supplement of vitamin D. Ingredients Fructooligosaccharides (Orafti®), microencapsulated live bacterial cultures Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (ATCC 53103), cholecalciferol - wid D, anti-caking substance - silicon dioxide Dosage 1 sachet daily after a meal for direct consumption or after mixing with a small amount of lukewarm liquid/yogurt.
Children under 11 years of age should not use other vitamin D preparations. In case of immunodeficiency, the use of the preparation should be consulted with a doctor.
