PRIVACY POLICY AND COOKIES
1. This Privacy and Cookies Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is addressed to Users and Purchasers using the Online Store available at the domain www.dermoeco.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store")' and defines the type, scope, ways of data use and protection of personal data. Capitalized terms shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the regulations of the Online Store, unless otherwise stipulated in the Policy. The Policy has an informative character.
2. The administrator of personal data obtained from Users and Customers is PUH MAJ J.Maj Opatowska 10 Street, 28-200 Staszów, NIP: 866-152-62-81, REGON 292615287 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator of personal data").
3. When placing an Order in the Internet Shop and registering an Ordering Party's Account and/or contacting the Seller (by e-mail or using the contact form available in the Contact tab of the Internet Shop and/or using other services provided by electronic means, as mentioned in the regulations of the Internet Shop, as well as subscribing to commercial and advertising marketing information sent by e-mail from the Personal Data Administrator (newsletter), the User provides the Administrator with their personal data.
4. In case of placing an Order, using electronic services available in the Internet Shop and contact with the Seller - the legal basis for personal data processing is the legally justified interest of the Administrator of personal data as the Seller, consisting in execution of the Sales Agreement and/or undertaking activities aimed at concluding the Sales Agreement (contact with the User) and building positive relations with the Internet Shop Users. In the case of newsletter subscription - the legal basis for personal data processing is the consent of the User.
5. User personal data (name and surname, address, email address, telephone number) are used by the Administrator of personal data only for the purpose for which they were provided by the User: for the purpose of contacting the User (for the period of contacting the User), and/or execution of the Sales Agreement (until the execution of the Sales Agreement or until the deletion of the Ordering Party's Account, but not earlier than the expiry of the personal data Administrator's liability as the Seller under the warranty) and/or execution of the service provided electronically available in the Internet Shop (until the service is performed) and/or dispatch of a newsletter (until the User withdraws his/her consent).
6. Providing personal data in each of the situations indicated in pt. 3. above, is voluntary, but necessary for the purpose for which it was provided by the User. Personal data provided to the Administrator shall not be transferred to third parties, other than those indicated in the regulations of the Online Store, for any other purpose than those indicated in the said regulations (e.g. courier company, postal operator, banks and electronic payment system operators), without prior separate consent of the User.
7. The Administrator of personal data also informs that the User has, at any time, the right to transfer the data, the right to access the content of personal data and the possibility to correct them, to object to the processing of data, and the granted consent to process the data can be withdrawn by the User at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing, which was performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
8. The User also has the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
9. The personal data controller hereby informs that he will never transfer, sell or lend collected personal data of the Users to third parties, except with the express consent or at the request of the User, or at the request of legally empowered state authorities in connection with ongoing proceedings.
10. Personal Data Administrator processes personal data provided by the User of the Online Store in a manner consistent with the scope of permission granted by the User and the requirements of the law, including the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), in particular protects personal data of Users, Orderers against unauthorized access, loss or damage.
11. The website www.dermoeco.pl uses Google Analytics plug-in - this is the so-called tracking code, which indicates the age, gender, location of visitors and traffic to the website of the Online Store. The data obtained in this way are used only for statistical purposes. Personal data obtained in this way is stored for a period of 3 months. At any time can block the JavaScript code of Google Analytics by going to the link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and following the instructions and directions contained therein. The data are used by the Administrator of personal data only for statistical purposes.
12. The Internet store uses "cookies" files (cookies), which are used to identify the browser when using the Internet Shop, so that it is known which page to display. Cookies do not contain any personal data. When entering the Internet Shop some information may be placed on the User's computer, which may be in the form of a "cookie" file. Detailed and the most current information on this subject can be found directly on the manufacturer's website http://www.google.pl/intl/pl/policies/technologies/types/.
13. Cookies" are small files consisting of a sequence of letters and characters, stored on your computer by a web server when you visit a given page of the Online Store. Cookie files are used by the Internet Shop only in order to better adjust the website to individual user preferences. Moreover, cookie files used by the Internet Shop can serve the following purposes:
a) ensuring proper functioning of the Internet Shop - "cookie" files enable access to some parts of the website, e.g. protected by login system;
b) improving the efficiency and optimising the operation of the Internet Shop - cookie files make it possible to read information on how the Users navigate the Internet Shop and thus help to improve it;
c) Targeting of informational and promotional content - cookie files are used to automatically adjust the content of the Internet Shop to the needs of the User;
d) improving the functionality of the Internet Shop - cookie files memorise information given by the User, e.g. login;
e) to prevent spam from being sent via the comment form available in the Online Shop - for this purpose the Online Shop uses WordPress WP-SpamFree cookies.
14. Information collected and generated by cookies in the Online Store do not allow for personalization and identification of the User. As a result of their use no personal data of the User of the Online Store are stored.
15. Cookie files used in the Internet Shop are safe and do not have a harmful effect on User's computer. The User can change the way cookies are used by the browser, including blocking or deleting them from the Internet Shop. In most Internet browsers you can delete, erase cookies from your computer's hard drive, block all cookies sent or set a warning before saving such files. To do this, please consult the manual or help topics of the Internet browser you are using. The process of controlling and deleting cookies may vary depending on the browser you use. Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available in the Online Store.
16. The website of the Internet Shop also contains links to other websites not administered by the Personal Data Controller, therefore the Personal Data Controller cannot be held responsible either for the content of those websites or for the level of privacy protection provided by the administrators of those websites. The Personal Data Administrator also informs that this Policy applies only to the Internet Shop and that after moving to other websites, it is recommended that the User reads the privacy policy applicable to the given website before providing his/her personal data there. If you decide to access and visit such sites, you do so at your own risk.
17. Personal data controller is entitled to introduce changes to this Policy for important reasons (e.g. change of law). In the event of changes, the User will be notified at least 14 days in advance of the effective date of changes - appropriate information on changes to the Policy will be placed in the online store, and Users who have an account with the Orderer will receive information about changes to the Policy by e-mail
18. If you do not accept the amended Policy, the User has the right to terminate the Policy for important reasons (e.g. change in the provisions of law, change in the principles of operation of the Online Store), and thus refuse to further leave his/her data indicated during the registration of the Ordering Account in the Online Store, which involves the obligation for the Administrator of personal data to remove such User's personal data from the customer database. Changing the Policy, insofar as its provisions apply to Sales Agreements, does not change the content of Sales Agreements concluded before the change of Policy.
19. The User, the Purchaser is asked to immediately notify the Administrator of personal data of any violations of security rules related to the use of the Online Store. In case of any questions, comments, requests or suggestions regarding this Policy the User of the Online Store is also asked to contact the Personal Data Administrator. Any contact details of the Personal Data Administrator are indicated in the CONTACT tab of the Online Shop.
